1- النهار خرافة قال الأعمى ذلك وحين ارتد بَصِيرا أنكر ماقاله.

Day is a myth, said the blind. But when he returned seeing, he denied what he had said

2- ولد بستة أصابع في كل يد، لكن إصبعيه الزائدتين لم تسرقا قط

He was born with six fingers on each hand, but the two extra fingers have never ever stolen.

3- بالمطار في صالة المغادرة التقت أستاذها الذي طرد من الجامعة بسبب فريتها قبل عقود عليه. طبعا لم يعرف احدهما الاخر.

At the departure lounge  she has met her university tutor who was sacked from university as she had invented lies against him years ago, but they didn't recognize each other.

4- اعمى اخرس واطرش مع ذلك فقد ألقيت على عاتقه كل حوادث الشغب الاخيرة

In spite of being blind, dumb and deaf, all the recent incidents of rioting have been thrown on his shoulder.

5- كل صباح اول ما يطالعه في الجريدة صفحة الوفيات لعله يبصر خبرا ما ينعيه

First thing he reads in the newspaper every morning is read the obituaries column.
